1. General Refund Terms
Franco Palumbi LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through francopalumbi.com or our services.
2. Digital Products and Services
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are generally considered final once access has been granted. However, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
- The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase
- Less than 20% of the course, program, or service content has been accessed
- A valid reason is provided that justifies the refund request
3. Mentorship Programs
Mentorship programs are non-refundable once the first session has taken place. Refund requests prior to the first session must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.
4. Implementation Services
Custom implementation services (Done-For-You) are non-refundable once work has commenced. Partial refunds may be considered based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
5. Subscription Services
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are issued for partial months. Annual subscriptions may be refunded within the first 14 days of purchase, minus a 10% administrative fee.
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact us at billing@francopalumbi.com with the following information:
- Full name and email used at purchase
- Order number or transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Downloaded digital products where the license has been used
- Services already rendered
- Third-party fees or charges
- Promotional or discounted items marked as “final sale”
9. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in permanent suspension of your access to our services.
